Be good, pull the plug and above all, don’t use plasma TVs....at least if you love the environment. Anyone who doesn’t care can continue on like before. In case you want to speed up global warming and create the summer of all summers: play video games all day long on a giant plasma TV and listening to music through your computer.

How awesome is this? Obsessed with Cars...

I have a print out of this car right underneath my pillow. Maybe it’ll work just like with the tooth ferry and tomorrow morning when I wake up the car-ferry has dropped off the car right in front of my door. You just need to believe in it and it’ll work for sure!

L.A. Adventures

We just spent a few days in L.A. to record the final chords for our new album HUMANOID. Of course, we also stopped by at Interscope / Cherrytree Records to show Martin Kierszenbaum and Brenda Romano some rough mixes of our new songs.

Certain things make me want to have kids

I never really thought about having kids and right now it wouldn’t really fit in with the rest of my lifestyle anyway ;) I know I wouldn’t want a dad who’s 19 years old, barely spends a night at home and works with some weird guys. But seeing stuff like that gets me thinking...!
By the way, I told Gustav yesterday that you guys left him so many greetings in the comments. He was super happy about that and sends you guys „best wishes“ back. Everything will be OK – only the stiches seem to itch a little – so please don’t worry!

Balls and chocolate! :) oh, I almost forgot the skater. Did I already mention that Bill once wanted to become a professional kickboarder? I think so, but I can’t tell this story often enough. Had music not crossed his path then he would have shot this clip with his kickboard. Come on, you need to imagine this: instead of Bob Burnquist there would be my little brother Bill.

What movies am I going to watch this summer?

Why do I go to the movies during the summer? Well, German summers are quite often not what you’d like them to be. During the few next days I will post 10 movies that I’ll definitely watch this summer. How and where do I go to the movies?! Can’t tell you that, but we might sit side by side some day! ;)
Aside from that I’m a huge fan of old drive-in-cinemas. Unfortunately there are way too few left but the great thing about them is that you can do whatever you want in your car....as long as your windows are tinted ;-)

 Some of you already received the news: we’ve been searching for new partners to manage our concerts and now our LIVE team is complete. „William Morris Endeavor Entertainment“ will book our concerts in the future and the guys from „The Production Office“ will turn our stage ideas into reality and make sure that everything at the venue (hopefully it’ll be in your city as well!) runs smoothly. We have so many ideas for the upcoming tour and are already talking to people from different venues! :)

New Tokio Hotel TV Camera Has Arrived!

 We didn’t want our cameraman to drag around his super heavy cam from the Stone-Age anymore and so we just had to be nice to him for once and got him a newer, smaller version. Let’s see how the results turn out and most importantly what happens next on TH TV...;)

New Eminem Video

 I got his album right after the release and from the very beginning my top song was „Beautiful“. Last year we were in Detroit and drove around the city in our tour bus. It was really noticable that the city was desolate in some areas and that a lot of the houses, shops and factories were empty! :(

 I can’t wait to meet our new stage designer and finally develop some new LIVE ideas. That’s pretty much the most exciting part before the tour kick-off. Well, obviously aside from the challenge of having to teach Bill, Gustav and Georg all their lyrics and instruments on time :D... But until it’s show time I’ll keep on collecting some ideas. This stage for instance is just amazing!

Guten Morgen!

 While I’m having breakfast you can already have a look at the first backstage pics from our covershoot. Can’t tell you too much yet ;) but we shot for 2 days till late at night and everyone had to do tons of overtime. All of this because Gustav and Georg took forever in make-up....as usual. Oh, and Georg had too many bananas and spent a lot of his time on the toilet....
