We have some great news for YOU! The kick-off for Tokio Hotel’s brand new homepage will be this coming Monday. In the background of the cool new page, you’ll be able to get a few glimpses of Tokio Hotel’s wicked new artwork......well, at least where the clouds and the fog left some space for you to peak through.

Of course, we will also bring you all the latest Tokio Hotel info in the news section! Yes, we know that there is one BIG question that everyone is buzzing about: When will Tokio Hotel release their new single and their brand new album?! We certainly have an answer for this one and will let you know very soon! Make sure to check back regularly and be the first to know.

The homepage launch is this coming Monday, June 1st and we’ll start with two country pages. More will follow shortly after, and step by step you’ll experience our international Tokio Hotel online network that you guys are already used to! On top, some amazing new categories and functions are waiting for you.

Koos, realistically, there's just no way that TH would start releasing info in late Spring just to release the album in Fall. It would tease the fans and TH management knows how rabid fans are and that we've been waiting anxiously for a year for this album, especially in the last six months. They wouldn't stretch out the wait another three-four months like that.

But who says there will be a single in late spring? They just said there will be the new website and they would soon post the date on which the new single/album will be released. So that won't even be posted on Monday.

And since TH has a history of saying they will release something on one date and it finally being released weeks or months later (for example the Zimmer 483 Live DVD (supposed to be August, then September, then eventually November)) I won't believe any date before at least August this year until I have a single in my hands. :)

Call me unrealistic but it's been over 2 years since the last album, so I've become a bit of a pessimist.

Except, this is probably the most important date that they've ever released, I doubt they'd make the mistake of making us wait ages for it. They wouldn't announce this until they were 100% sure that they're ready to take on the fans.

TH never said themselves that it would be September, though. That was only a fan conjecture, made around the time of the stalkers. Now, obviously, the stalkers have been dealt with, hence TH's new activity, so there's no reason to delay any more. The album is probably in the final stages of production now: for crying out loud, they already have the album artwork finished.

I know that they didn't say that they would immediately release dates, but they're setting up the website for a reason, for new information, not just so we can stare at it. 'Soon' will probably be at most two weeks, and then after that I would give a month for the single to come out, and after that, another month for the album. Hence, late July/early August.

Again: TH would not be coming out of the shadows finally after a six month break if they were going to make us wait three months for a single. Obviously they have big stuff planned and it's coming up soon, which is why the website is coming back up.

The website has been under construction for months, so it's not like they're rushing to get it ready.

And they are already coming out of the shadows now because of the H&M campaign. I haven't heard much else from them besides that.

These are the things that make me so pessimistic. Sure, there is a chance the album will be released sooner, and I'd be thrilled if it was. Just, I don't believe it now. :|

koos: the H&M campaign is old.. you can see that from tom's dreads.. I'm sure the vids were made in what? march, april? so technically they havent come out of the shadows yet :roll:

When the old sites were up, I was always checking all these different sites for different news. They never had the same news on the German site as on the US site, for example.

I do hope it changes now and they will just update everything to all sites. But keep in mind they also need to have stuff translated so it might take a while for stuff to show up on the other sites.
