Was just wondering if anyone knew what language the boys will be singing in on their European tour?
Also, post if you're goign to any of the gigs :) we need more Brits there haha

Well we only got Humanoid in German. The rest was all in English. I'm uploading videos now.

The concert was great though! There were lots of moments that made me go: WOW :o :shock:

They started with this big ball (I'll upload pics later on) and it opened and Gustav was in it and so was Bill (I didn't even notice him at first :lol: ). Tom and Georg were outside already, playing.
What was also impressive was that they had fire blasting in a few songs and that big motorbike? Bill was coming out of the floor on it. Super cool. I have him on the motorbike in a video as well, but not that he was coming out of the floor.

So the entire show was super amazing; better than I'd expected. The outfits really suited the show, though it was kinda weird seeing Bill like that. :lol:

Too bad it wasn't sold out; only half the place was filled. Ok maybe 3/4. But not all, which was a shame; it was so good. The support act were good too; a Dutch band called Only Seven Left. Sort of emo rock. Never heard of them before, but they were good.

So more (pics and stories) later! Videos soon. :p

Oooh and what was also good was that I saw Ria (rescued from this forum, don't know if anyone remembers her? She says she lurks a lot now). The seats next to us were empty, so she came and sat with us during the concert.

And also memorable was that they played Monsoon and Bill announced it with: We've played this song every concert for the past 5 years.

Im watching videos from the shows on monday and OMG so coooolll i wish i could be there to see this show its absolutly breathtaking!!! The boys are great they totaly bringing it!!!!!
I love how when the lights turn on you can still spot Bill from 1o km cause of all his alien features on his costume he is so bright hahahaha... And I love how Tom dances so often hihihih.... And at some point (i feel a little guilty :P ) they showed Gusti and i was liek Oh right he is there too!!!! Theres is such a show going on there and hes there at the back not movign around the stage i totaly forget he is there... I wish Tom's egg could like move in the air around the stage so he can be more actuve hahahahahahahha

such an awesome and lovely concert <3 and the persons among the audience was great, as well! everyone got along :D we got the english setlist, and Bill cried during "Zoom into me", aw <3 I wiped some tears than as well! or, well .. I wiped tears a whole lot of times (a) but, it was such a lovely show with such lovely guys! <3 GAWD! HAHA, Bill forgot some lyrics on Phantomrider and made a really funny face xD He was like: oh, scheisse :shock:

I only had tights, singlet and a spring-jacket.. and it was minus 10 degrees outside + a REALLY COLD wind AND snow and ice everywhere which made me wet and even more cold -.- so, just saying; NEVER AGAIN! next time, I'll know what to bring - to put it that way .. xD
I've now ended up with a throat inflammation, swollen tonsils, a really bad cold and I do still not have a normal body-temperature :geek:

And, HAHAHA, when the concert was over, I went back to where the tourbusses were parked, and suddenly Gustav came with a security guard to get something in the buss, and I thought(read: in record time): this is my one and only chance to say something to them, NOW OR NEVER!! and I suddenly yelled to him: I love you, bby!
and right after I was like: WTF, Siri? :? AHHAHAhaha

They haven't even released any dates for a US tour, so there can't be any information about a UK concert yet (they will definitely not do a UK tour; it's not big enough).

Edit: I read some russian articles, and they only quote the official website. Other than that they say that fans at the venue were told that one of the boys was ill and couldn't perform. Anyway, people who had tickets for St. Petersburg gig, can still go to the Moscow concert tomorrow with the same tickets..

No, none of the guys were sick. The dude who came and announced that was just way much of a p*ssy to tell the truth in front of the many thousands that had showed. The truth is that there has been contractual breach and violation by the local promoter. Aka, the dude who got up on stage and said that one of the member had gotten ill, was actually one of the people who cancelled the concert!! .. Arschloch



Due to a very material contractual breach and violation by the local promoter, it is not justifiable to perform the St. Petersburg show today. The band has tried everything to make the show happen, but with no luck! We feel terribly sorry for the fans, but the situation left us no other option. The band is really looking forward to perform for their russian fans in Moscow and working to make the show happen!

^ I really believe that TH tried their best to pull of the concert anyway. I honestly do! Must be a horrible feeling for them all right now :/ aouf.. *hugs the guys*

I feel really sorry for the fans as well!
Because the "heating" band (donno what to call it, lol) played and everything seemd normal to the fans, so they were all happy and cheering and expecting to see TH after the "heating" band had performed. When in reality, the TH concert had already been cancelled for hours.. :?

BTW, I've heard that they are already on their way to Moscow!

And the highlight of the day turned out to be a glimpse of the twins' dogs. They made them wait for two hours before announcing that "one of the artists was ill" She also wrote about some old lady she met by the subway who asked "What kind of concert was that, Why's everyone crying?" I sure would have been hysterical If I were there. Lots of people flew out to St. Petersburg just to see them..

That arena was realllly empty in that girl's video. Which made me think of a theory: The venue didn't sell enough tickets to cover their price to get TH there. They told the TH management they couldn't afford TH's asking price. Then the TH management said they wouldn't play.

Most likely, that's exactly what happened :| I read that only about 3,000 tickets were sold..

The stage was up and ready in both, St. Petersburg and in Moscow which means that guys were going to perform, no matter the amount of sold tickets. Who cancells a show several hours before the beginning because it wasn't sold out, anyway? I don't think they would do that.

Hey everybody here, I would really like to convince as many fans on this forum as I can to cross the channel and see them live in Paris!
You can still find eurostar tickets at a reasonable price and as the concert isn't sold out it should be easy to buy tickets even on D -day...
I've seen them three times so far on this tour and they're more amazing than ever;the show is really good and they really kick a***s! You can really feel the special link they have with their fans but most of all I'm so disappointed for them that the concerts are 1/3 empty :this is what's written in almost every reviews that we've read recently and it is not fair as regards all the work and care that they gave for this album. Even if Humanoid isn't as successful as the others, I really feel for them that they're playing such great shows in front of sparce audiences; they don't deserve that. You may have heard that the concert in Nice was cancelled and that even if the tickets were available for Marseille a few days later, the venue was surprisingly far from being full, but the guys gave everything on stage, and it is admirable.
So, who knows when or what about any future tour? Instead of waiting for an hypothetical concert in the UK , those among you who still hesitate please Komm and rock Bercy while you can! You won't regret it !

besides, 1000 Hotels tour had 24 dates, but they only played 9, as we all know. and the Zimmer 483 tour, back in 2007, had 22 dates. Schrei Tour in 2006 had 28 dates.

I think this tour seemed so short because we actually followed it from concert to concert via twitter, facebook and stuff. On the other tours I never payed much attention where they were every day..

Well also keep in mind that right after the tours they'd usually do an American tour as well, that's why they seemed longer. After Bill's operation they played a few concerts in Europe and then loads in America, which weren't part of the 1000 Hotels tour, but still were a lot of concerts right after the other tour.

I would love it if they offered some explanation about the Russian fiasco. I mean, I almost had a heart attack when I read the "end of Tokio Hotel" headlines. I'm sure a lot of people were just as anxious about it. And they owe at least that to Russian fans who spent hours in freezing weather for nothing.
