    okay i found the tattoo IS true

    "Bill's newest accessory gets under the skin. The back of the his left hand is decorated with skeleton design with lily flower."

    So you will believe a website that's also run by fans but not fans on a forum? Tokio Hotel Official is not their official website, it's a fan website. www.tokiohotel.com is their only official website.
