I deleted the first topic of the translation, here is the revised one, it had some mistakes, but not as many I as I thought it would.

The window had been closed

くちょうが支配するくうかん
Kuchou ga shihai suru kuukan
A tone controls the room

さいごのろうそくが消える
Saigo no rousoku ga kieru
The last candle goes out

永久にまちつずけた
Eikyuu ni machitsuzuketa
I've been waiting for an eternity

そしていま、時がきた
Soshite ima, toki ga kita
And now, the time had come

くろくもがやってくるから
Kuro kumo ga yatte kuru kara
Because the dark clouds are showing up

Hantsuki ga shizundeiku
A half-moon's sinking

By your side there's another moon (I'm not completely sure about this one.)

やくそくをまもるから
Yakusoku o mamoru kara
Because it keeps the promise

Are kuruu choufuu no naka
I go insane inside that storm (Still not sure about this one.)

I can hear your voice coming
