i first heard Basket case on Dookie and fell in love....the rest as they say is history :P and considering Green Day came from the Berkeley Punk scene which was kinda harsh (and they apparently from what i read were right on the front lines) they have done really f*ckin well for themselves

ive said that AI was the "f*ck you" album and 21st CB is the aftermath of what they describe in AI

and i really cannot wait for October 26th - CONCERT!!!!! and im also goin to see Papa Roach on the 14th of October...but thats a different thread
