RULES (updated 10/1/09)

The rules are very simple and very obvious. Please stick to them.

1. No spamming or off-topic replies. If you want to talk to someone, PM them!

2. Please do not make inappropriate (violent and/or graphic sexual) comments. This includes comments ABOUT the band.

3. Respect each other. You must not flame other members, make derogatory or hurtful comments, or use racist or homophobic language.

4. Respect the band. No personal information should be posted on this forum. No personal comments either.

5. No illegal filesharing.

6. Do not share personal information about yourself. Safety first! If you want to meet-up, we suggest you join the UK Street Team forum and come along to the official meet-ups!

7. Avatars should be no larger than 100x100 pixels. Signatures should be max 400 x 250 pixels. One image or gif per sig.

8. Always label images when you post links so we know what we're clicking on!

9. No fan fiction. We know that the old forum permitted fan fiction, however this forum does not. If you have any fan fiction, we suggest you post it at Tokio Hotel Fiction.

10. This an English forum and as such we require that all posts are in the English language.

11. Discussion of "twin.cest" and related topics is strictly verboten. Any discussion, fanfic or art will immediately be deleted and the offender dealt with severely.

12.'Paparrazi-esque/stalker' photographs of the band will no longer be permitted on the forum. If you are unsure if a photograph qualifies for the forum please contact a moderator. This includes any photographs of the band at their studio or outside their homes.

13. We will tolerate censored swear words, marked with asterisks (***). Although we would prefer that you use alternative clean words, we do not want to ask for too much. You also cannot add additional letters to swear words. Please do not take advantage of the censorship system. However, excessive swearing, censored or not, is unacceptable.

14. Lying in any form, whether it be about age, location, etc., will result in a definite ban.

In regards to the new rule, I have a question:

I am a member of an 'AGAINST STALKERAZZI!' group on another TH website, and I want to post our logo in my siggy to spread the word. The thing is, it's one of the stalker photo's but it's been blurred and has one of those 'No Smoking' circle things over it... You can hardly see it's them, and the writing on it says 'ROCKSTARS NEED PRIVACY! FANS AGAINST STALKERAZZI!!!' in the 'Non-Smoking' circle thing xD I'm terrible at describing what it's called- the circle with the line through it xD xD

I was wondering if it was ok to post in my siggy. Considering it's still one of the stalker photos, I doubt it will be. But I thought I'd ask anyway ^_^

It's a great idea, but I would suggest finding another way to disapprove of the action.

In (some) other official forums, discussion of leaked songs is almost as bad as murdering Bill ... what is the take on the songs here?

A late reply, but no - we do not allow the discussion of leaked songs.

A link to your own site/blog is fine as long as it's within our own forum rules. We do not want links that may for example contain "twin.cest" or anything that is not PG-13 posted anywhere on the forum.

ok, i know 'stalker pics' aren't allowed, but there is a supposed picture of Tom and the stalker at the gas station taken by the gas station security camera and i got it off of Bild.de can i post it, or not? (just wondering...lol)

solicitation?...technically none of the rules that are listed here are against it, but i was wondering if that was against the rules because one of my threads got locked because of it, also what would u define as solicitation? because i wouldnt consider that solicitaion
