You know, I see very much a new Tokio Hotel here. This is very clear take off from their teeny band image. This is HUGE step away from gender neutral, innocent and "harmless" teeny band boys. These pics REEK of testosterone and sexual attraction. I see definitely two maturted young man, not teenage bopys here.

I know I begged for a good facial hair pic of Bill, but I have to say my initial reaction is not happy. Not because of the facial hair... but, maybe this is hard for other people to understand, they look so LA-ish. My fear of them living in L.A. was that i didn't want them to get this way... and it isn't the clothes or facial hair... it's the attitude. Their pose, their attitude in the pic just seems different.

Maybe you guys will think I'm crazy, and maybe I am (I am sure there is plenty of evidence to support that theory), but these pics were not as exciting as they normally would have been for me. I think I'm going to just let it sink in and then decide what i think. First impressions aren't always correct. So, I'll get back to you on this...

I get what you mean, because thse pics are EXACTLY LOS ANGELES. This is visibly Los Angeles. But the close appearance in Russia showed me that when posed pics are taken and they open their mouths, they are the same boys they were before. I didn't see L.A in them in Russia. Therefore I'm confident to let them look like L.A as long as they don't start to act like L.A (which is always a possibility... lookls like they have intentions to leave L.A anytime soon).

The boys have said that they hate the superficial, bullsh*tting entertainment world and industry people. I hope they keep that in mind, why they actually did it, while they wander in L.A poolparties.

You have to love Bill's sense of humor. He thinks people made a big deal about his facial hair and bam, he gives us more facial hair. He knows he has the most beautiful eyes on the planet and that we love to stare at them and he wears shade that make sure we cant see his eyes, and has the appearence of no makeup. I agree with everything you wrote except for the sunglasses thing. I think he does that partly so that he doesn't have to bother with eye make-up now that Natalie's not around to do it for him. And partly (maybe this belongs in WDYT) he does it when he's not so comfortable/happy with the situation and he doesn't want his eyes to give him away.

I alwayus find these pictures stupid and hilarious. You come to a party, then you just step up in front of the wall with all sponsor names, give a vague pose, pictures are taking and ypou step out. It's like security check in a airport - just a routine. It's quite stupid if you think about it.

From Bill's sunglasses there was a reflection of how there was even this white,thick rope to separate photographers & the carpet. I understand it in huge events like VMA's, but in pool parties were there were one or two photographers? Useless, so useless...

All these are the reasons why I've never wanted to be celeb. Maybe as a kid, but never after that, because I just don't get these stupid "poolside parties". But that's everyone's luck that I don't. All of these networking parties seem to be boring and tidbit fake.

Beard hair is weird. My brother has dark brown hair, but his beard comes in with a LOT of red to it. My husband also has dark brown hair, and his goatee has blonde strands.

That was nearly a year ago and before they moved to LA. Since they moved they've only been to the two Nivea parties. I'm sure if they wanted to they could go to plenty of industry events, but I think it's pretty clear that they don't want to.

It depends... They're still young, men's beard "grow up" very long. I know 16 year old boys who already have to shave, but also I know 20 year old men who doesn't have beard yet. It takes years until the beard looks like we're accustomed it is.

It happens frequently. Should you? Idk. Reading is all that is required. I guess it depends who you follow on Twitter. Even if their new album is KICKASS I doubt they'll try and break the UK for a long time. They were so badly received back then and I'm guessing that getting to no 78 in the charts and having the German media bring it up and report on it probably hurt quite a lot. It could be argued even that when they came here in 2007/2008(?) they were at the absolute peak of their fame and had an extremely popular album.

I don't think the current UK music scene will be all that favourable to them if they retried- chart music is mostly dance, pop, dubstep and indie rock and TH fits in none of those categories.

After all, they've went through school and bullying and didn't change. They've gone through the music industry and haven't changed. So I highly doubt they'll choose now to be different. Let's face it, being unique and true to who they are is ENGRAINED in them. It's who they are. They're not sell-outs and never have been. I think all this LA stuff is just them enjoying being normal. Epic Fail is more like it. It should be called the "I-just-wanted-to-get-people-together-to-hang-out-but-I-need-to-help-out-this-designer-so-I'm-going-get-Nivea-to-sponser-it-to-make-it-sound-cool" Party.

I personally think it's a terrible misnomer and trick to people. Girls would read the invitation and see "Goodbye Cellulite" and think there's some new cure for it. Then the guys would read it and see "Pool party--we have bikinis!" which implies that there would be beautiful women IN bikinis...:laugh:

Good thing I wasn't there--I probably would have bought every single one of those bathing suits. Some people have a thing for shoes or purses, but for me it's Swimwear. My friends say I have a problem--they practically have to put blinders on me when we go to the beach and pass all of the swim shops. :laugh:
