Is the TH DVD still in Hot topic?

I was thinking on geting the TH cauhgt on camera DVD in Hot Topic, but when I looked online it said it was all sold out. Does that apply to the stores too? And do they still have the deal where you can get the dvd and a tee for $25, or did that end already?
