Tom Kaulitz from Tokio Hotel might be in some legal trouble.

What'd he do??????

Turns out the douche with the dreads apparently hit a female fan in the face!!!!

The lead singer's twin bro reportedly hit the fan while at a gas station in Germany earlier this week.

It all started when the 19-year-old guitarist was filling up his car in Hamburg. A 21-year-old female fan and four of her friends recognized him and knocked on his car window to get an autograph.

Instead of politely denying her request, the asshole just lowered his window and threw a lit cigarette at the girl!!!

TWAT!!!

That's when the female picked up the cig and stubbed it out on his car.

That sent Kaulitz into a mini rage cuz he then got out of the car and allegedly hit her in the face and then drove off before the police could arrive.

Sounds very Chris Brown to us!

The female has already given her statements to the police and the cops are now just waiting to question Kaulitz.

Can't wait to hear what BS excuse he comes up with!

We've just found out why Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz smacked (http://perezhilton.com/2009-04-17-what-a-loser) a fan in the face at a German gas station last week!

The fan who stubbed out her cigarette onto Kaulitz's car belongs (http://www.bild.de/BILD/unterhaltung/leute/2009/04/18/tom-kaulitz/vermummte-maedchen-jagen-tokio-hotel.html) to a French girl gang named Les Afghanes on Tour (aka: The Afghans on Tour)!

The gang has taken it upon themselves for the past six months to stalk and harass the band and their family members!

There's never an excuse for violence, but this girl sounds like a complete wacko!

The Afghans on Tour are known for making the band's life hellacious: egging Tokio Hotel's cars, writing threatening letters to the group and even harassing band members' families !

The girl gang took it to the next level a few weeks ago and sent a letter to band members proclaiming, "Attention, attention… we are unsatisfied. We're getting impatient. DO YOU UNDERSTAND US???"

Tokio Hotel's manager David Jost has confirmed charges the group has brought against The Afghans: "One of the hooded stalker girls attacked a family member of Bill and Tom on the April 8th. We put in charges the following day against the girl and now another complaint."

Will the smack Kaulitz gave the girl end up royally screwing the band's chance of bringing legal action against the gang???

I want to support Tom, but I can't condone violence against a woman, regardless of the threat they pose, he's stronger and bigger and it's an unfair fight.

I watched the video he posted and he was near tears claiming he had been in the business for 5yrs and had never been treated like that. He said he is a human being and no human being deserves to be hit and that he has the right to say whatever he wants.

Well.....I'm sorry he got hit, I don't agree with violence but I think he got what was coming to him. He talks too much **** and although he has the right to his opinion he can't expect for nothing to ever come from it. He wants respect when he doesn't give it. Personally some of the stuff he says it hurtful too and I believe emotional pain last longer than physical. Okay....he got hit, besides the embarrassment the bruise will go away. The hits he takes a pplz self esteem and everthing else.....that last.

Liborio "Polo" Molina, manager for hip-hop/pop group Black Eyed Peas, is being charged with hitting celebrity blogger Perez Hilton Monday morning outside of Toronto's Cobra nightclub, the Toronto Star reports.

Molina is scheduled to appear in Toronto's Old City Hall court on August 5, facing one count of assault.

In a video statement posted on PerezHilton.com, Hilton accuses Molina of approaching him from behind and hitting him in the eye several times, drawing blood.

Shortly after 3 a.m. Monday, Hilton announced via his Twitter page that he had been assaulted by "Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards" and that he needed to "file a police report."

Within an hour, the Black Eyed Peas frontman released a video response to Hilton's accusations, dismissing them as lies.

Hilton and the Black Eyed Peas were in Toronto to participate in the MuchMusic Awards. Hilton says the incident developed over the course of several exchanges throughout the night.

In his emotional 11-minute video response, Hilton says that he has never been physically attacked because of something he has written.

"I've been doing this for 5 years now and nothing like this has ever happened to me," Hilton says. "I've had people scream at me. I've had people write nasty things on other blogs. I've had people sue me, but never had someone attack me like this. It is wrong and I'm not going to stand for it."

In will.i.am's statement, released before Hilton clarified that it was Molina who actually hit him, he suggests that Hilton blamed him as a publicity stunt.

"Dude, apparently, you were bleeding outside the club," will.i.am says, flatly. "Instead of calling the police, you twitted that I assaulted you. Sounds like somebody wants mad attention and is not concerned about his health."

Hilton is outraged by will.i.am's denial and calls him a coward.

Hilton refers to will.i.am as a thug and says, "I would have more respect if you hit me yourself."

Hilton is entitled to his opinion, even though I think that he crosses the line of decency everyday in his blog. Common sense should have told him that creating an outlet based on writing borderline slanderous blogs about people would keep him in the hot seat. Plus, he continued to provoke the Black Eyed Peas further with name calling and talking to the press throughout the night.

It's really not that hard to ignore those who hate. And I mean hate in the hip-hop sense of the word--the act of dissing just because you can. For the most part, will.i.am has only represented positivity and has been one of the very few artists in hip-hop who has kept a clean record. If it is true that will.i.am's manager is guilty of hitting Hilton, I would ask will if it was worth engaging at all with this nonsense to have your good name tarnished?

Okay so I know this thread has died down now but since I just heard Perez got hit in the face at an after party by either Will.I.Am or the black eye peas manager I had to bring it up.

I watched the video he posted and he was near tears claiming he had been in the business for 5yrs and had never been treated like that. He said he is a human being and no human being deserves to be hit and that he has the right to say whatever he wants.

Well.....I'm sorry he got hit, I don't agree with violence but I think he got what was coming to him. Drummer Gustav Schaefer landed in the hospital on sunday night after a bar brawl at the club in Magdeburg, Germany.

The reports claim a man began insulting schaefer, which "led to a scuffle" that ultimately ended with the Tokio Hotel faux rocker being smashed on the head repeatedly with two beer bottles!!!
Schaefer was rushed to the hospital to treat his wounds, one of which was a 3 cm gash on the back of the drummer's head from broken glass.

Says the group's manager David Jost: "Gustav was admitted to the hospital emergency room around 4.30am. The cuts on his head were stitched up immediately."
