Okay, this is the first fic I've ever had a good feeling about. So, enjoy. Anything in bold is to be taken as being said in German.

Hailey walked in and out between the shops in Hollywood. She wanted to take in as much of the city as possible. It was nearly six o' clock on her last night in the city. And California was nothing like Washington.
The sky was slowly getting darker yet she could see everything around her perfectly. The streets were lit up by all the shop signs on the road she was walking down. She looked up at the darkening sky and spotted the first star of the night. She continued walking along the sidewalk, looking up at the star, and muttered under her breath, "Starlight, star bright, first star I see tonight, wish I may, wish I might, have this wish I wish tonight. Please, it's my last day of vacation. All I want is something fun to do instead of going to the club alone."

Hailey had only been in Hollywood for 2 days and she was ready to go home. Not like this hadn't been a welcome get away. She had received her tax return 2 weeks earlier and decided she needed a vacation. She took a few days off work and this is where she found herself. Two states south, alone and bored.

Hailey finally looked away from the star. It had been so bright. It shined with the hope that she didn't have. None of her wishes ever came true. This wouldn't be any different.

She continued on her journey down the road, her stomach rumbling, asking, begging to be fed. It was then she realized that she hadn't eaten all day. She kept strolling, no longer aimlessly, but looking for somewhere to eat. She finally stumbled upon a little Italian eatery, and decided that pizza was her best bet. She hadn't had any for so long, it seemed like a good decision on her part. She walked into the quaint establishment, and instantly felt at home.

It looked like every Italian restaurant you see in movies. The white and red checkered table cloths and cozy booths. She walked right past the hostess stand, where the sign read, "Please seat yourself."

She she spotted a table holding four younger boys and two older men. All six men stopped talking and looked at her as she picked up her pace. They looked at her like she wasn't supposed to be there. Noticing that she and the group of men were the only people in the entire place, she was beginning to think that maybe she wasn't supposed to be there. Like it was closed. Still, she figured someone would have ushered her out by now and she sat a few tables away from the group and looked at the menu already placed on her table.

She glanced up from her menu and looked at the group of guys seated only a few feet away from her, and she could catch tiny glimpses of what they were saying. She leaned in to hear a little more clearly. It was then she realized they were speaking in a different language.

"Do you think she's a fan?" the bulkier man said, leaning towards and speaking to the clean cut older man.

"No. No I don't think she is a fan Saki. The boys are fine. If she was a fan she would have made some inclination that she knew who they were. She would have at least giggled or waved or something. She has no idea." replied the clean cut man to Saki.

"You mean she would glare and lean in, trying to hear what we are saying like she is now?" Saki said, laughing a bit at the end. It was then that they all turned around and looked at Hailey, who immediately fell off her chair in astonishment.

The two boys closest to her jumped up and rushed over to her, and she backed away, pushing herself with her hands. She couldn't believe it. Her last night in Hollywood and she was about to get beaten by two lanky foreign kids. It was then that the taller one spoke, and he spoke in English with a broken German accent.

"Stop backing away. I'm not going to hurt you. We just wanted to help you up," said the boy, who looked to be in his late teens.

It was then that she realized that the two boys that had rushed to her aide must have been brothers. She could see the resemblance in their faces but their styles couldn't be any more different. The taller one held out his hand to her and she studied the exuberant rings on his fingers. She then looked up to his face and realized that he had more make up on then she did. It suited him just fine.

She then looked back to his hand and then to the other boy, whom was wearing pants that could fit two of her, and a shirt to match in size. He had his hair up in a hat, and dreads poking out of the back. Then he spoke as well.

"Just take his hand. He's not going to bite you know?" The rest of the group that was still seated all chuckled at the boy with the dreads. Hailey then blushed at the misfortune that had been laid upon her. She wasn't getting beaten, now she was just being made fun of. She pulled herself to her feet without the help of the taller, flamboyant boy and spoke.

"Well, I'm sorry for being afraid when two strange men rush towards a tiny girl like me while I'm alone. It's not every day you have two foreign brothers rushing to help you up," Hailey said with a bite in her tone.

The boy with the dreads backed up and smirked, and proceeded to walk back to the table, when the taller boy just stayed in one spot and stared at her curiously. Hailey stared right back. He was wearing a tight black shirt and tight red pants, and his hair reminded her of a lion.

She finally spoke after a minute of staring in silence. "What? Keep staring and I might do a trick."

The boy looked taken a back, and the boy with the dreads said over his shoulder, "Bill, just come sit back down. She's not worth it."

Hailey once again was confused at what the boy was saying. She could distinguish it to be German, and just then she had wished she'd paid more attention in her German courses in High School.

Cursing under her breath, she asked the boy, "What did he just say?"

Again the boy spoke, "He said to just go sit back down. That you weren't worth it."

"****it Bill, why did you have to tell her?" she heard the dreaded boy say.

"He asked, 'Why did you have to tell her?'" he directed towards Hailey, then turned his head towards the table and said, "And I told her because it isn't polite to talk behind ones back." He then turned back to Hailey, and put a big grin on his face.

"What are you smiling for? I'm intimidated. Does that make you happy?" she spoke in a soft voice, not wanting it to carry to the table. She had heard enough from the dreaded boy to notice that he would laugh at her for admitting this.

"What is your name," the boy in front of her asked politely. "My name is Bill." He once again reached his hand out. "And I'm sorry for scaring you. I meant no harm."

Hailey starred at his hand again, but this time, took it and shook it. "My name is Hailey. Hailey Nichols."

"Well, it's been a pleasure to meet you Hailey," Bill spoke. She heard the dreaded boy scoff at the table. "That boy that is with me is my twin brother Tom."

"Nice to meet you as well Bill. But I should really sit back down. It looks like your group is about to leave without you."

Bill glanced behind him and realized that she was right. Tom and the rest of them were walking towards the exit. "Again, it was a pleasure to meet you. If you have no plans for the rest of the night, the boys and I will be at the Avalon tonight. I will put you on the guests list in case you decide to show." Bill winked at her and caught up with his friends.

Hailey sat down just as the waitress came to take her order. She had decided on a deep dish pizza within seconds. As she was waiting, she thought to herself, "Looks like I have something better to do then go to the club alone tonight."

Her wish came true. Thank god her luck was improving. Now to just decide if she would go.
