Chapter One

Megara looked at herself in the mirror once more. “Meggy, stop worrying! You look perfect!” her older sister, Aphrodite, told her. Megara smoothed out a few wrinkles in the skirt of her white wedding dress. She stared at herself in the mirror yet again. “Are you positively sure I look fine?” she asked. Aphrodite’s face turned red with anger. “******, Megara, you look absolutely beautiful! OKAY?!?!? And even if there was anything wrong with you, you wouldn’t be able to fix it, cos your wedding starts in precisely eight minutes.” Megara’s churned with nervousness. She had never been so afraid or happy in her entire life.

What if I walk out into the aisle and there’s a huge stain in the back of my dress? she thought. Or what if my hair is all frizzy and messed up? Or what if Tom decides he doesn’t really love me and walks out on me? She started hyperventilating as she thought of the last sentence. Aphrodite’s eyes widened and she gently patted her younger sister on the back. “It’s okay, Meggy,” she soothed. “Everything will go great. I know, because you spent a whole friggin’ year planning this wedding.” “Okay, okay, I’m calm now,” Megara told herself, taking deep breaths.

“I need to go now,” Aphrodite said, kissing her sister on the cheek. “I’ll see you out there in a minute.” Megara nodded as Aphrodite turned on her heel and walked off. Meg was so nervous that she could barely breathe. The organ started playing and Megara sighed heavily. Oh, ****. Here we go.

Chapter Two

Megara didn’t know what she had been so worried about. The wedding had gone perfectly smooth, and everyone enjoyed themselves, especially her and her brand new husband Tom Kaulitz.

The newlyweds stood in the sand, watching the waves. The beach was beautiful when the sun was setting. Tom wrapped his arm around his wife and pulled her close, kissing her on the cheek. Megara giggled. She shoved Tom forward and he fell into the ocean. She jumped in after him, laughing her head off. “What’d you do that for?” Tom complained when he came up for air. Meg just shrugged, grabbing his arms and pulling him under the water with her. She kissed him passionately, then left go of him so he could breathe.

The two came back up to the surface, and Tom began to drag himself out of the water. Megara followed him, giggling furiously. Her laughter made Tom grin, and he grabbed her hand and pulled her along in the sand.

Chapter Three


One Month Later

“Wow, this house is so beautiful!” Aphrodite exclaimed when she stepped foot into her sister and brother-in-law’s new mansion. “I know!” Megara squealed. “I love it.” “Ooh, can me and Bill move in here?” Aphrodite asked. “Hell no! This is mine and Tom’s place.” “You don’t want us to move in because if we do, you and Tom can’t have kinky sex all over the place anymore!” Aphrodite said, giggling. “That’s true!” Meg confirmed. Aphrodite gasped. “I was just guessing that! I didn’t think I was right!” “Well, you are.”

The sisters burst out laughing. Wiping tears from her eyes, Aphrodite sighed heavily. “I wish Bill would propose to me. But he’s not into marriage.” “Give him some time,” Megara suggested. “Maybe he will propose to you.” “But I need him to do it now.” “Why?” Meg asked, giving her older sibling a weird look. “Well...because. I just want him to,” Aphrodite explained, avoiding Meg’s eyes. “You’re lying. Tell me the truth.” “I can’t. Well, at least not right now.” She looked at her younger sis. “But I promise you, when I feel comfortable enough to tell people, you’ll be the first to know it.” “Okay,” Megara said, eyeing Aphrodite suspiciously. What could she be hiding now?

Chapter Four

“Tom!” Megara screamed when her husband opened the front door. “WHAT?!” he asked, startled. “Look, this has been driving me crazy ever since Aphrodite left earlier. Did Bill tell you something about her?” “Um...no, nothing I can think of. Why?” Meg started pacing back and forth really fast. “Well, she said that she wants Bill to propose to her.” “...And? What’s so important about that?” Megara frowned at Tom. “She told me that he had to do it now. But she wouldn’t tell me the reason why. She’s hiding something, I know it.”

“Well, she’ll probably tell you the reason later on,” Tom said. “That’s all you have to say about it?” Megara asked, folding her arms. “Well, what am I supposed to say? What do you to hear from me?” Tom questioned, getting annoyed at his wife. “I don’t know! Just...something!” “Fine. Something! There! Are you happy now?” Tom stomped off to the den, leaving Megara alone in the hallway. “What the **** is his problem?” Meg grumbled to herself.

She turned on her heel, and walked to her and Tom’s bedroom. Sighing, she plopped down on the bed. A moment later, Tom ran into the bedroom and sat down beside Megara. “I’m sorry, babe, for being an *** earlier.” He kissed Meg’s cheek. “I didn’t mean to be. Forgive me?” “Yes,” Megara answered gingerly. “Good.” Tom pulled her close and kissed the top of her head. “I love you.” “Love you too,” Megara replied distractedly.

Chapter Five

Megara heard the faint sound of knocking over the pattering of rain. She slowly got off the couch and made her way to the front door. When she opened it, Aphrodite stumbled in, bawling and dripping wet from the rain. “Aphrodite! What’s wrong? What happened?” Megara found a dry towel and thrust it towards her sister. Aphrodite took it, and began drying herself off. “Meg, I have to tell you. I can’t hold it in any longer.” “Tell me after you’ve changed into some dry clothes,” Megara suggested, handing Aphrodite one of her outfits.

Aphrodite quickly changed clothes. “So what did you want to tell me?” Megara asked, a hint of concern in her voice. “Well, um...Meg, promise me you won’t tell anyone, no matter the circumstances.” “I promise.” “Okay, um, uh...” Aphrodite sighed. “I might as well get it out in the open. Megara, I’m pregnant.” “Really?!? That’s great!” Megara exclaimed, hugging her sister. “No, it’s horrible!” Aphrodite burst into tears again. A look of shock crossed Meg’s face. “Why do you think it’s horrible?” she asked.

“Because if I have a baby, Bill’s career will be ruined.” Aphrodite wiped her eyes, but it was no use; fresh tears spilled over. “He will have to give up the Tokio Hotel tour they’re about to embark on so he can be with me and this baby.” “Not necessarily,” Megara said. “The tour can just be postponed for a while. Or they could start it early so he could be home when the baby is born.” Aphrodite shook her head. “I don’t think it could work that way. Plus, I’m not ready for kids. I’m only twenty!” “I’m only nineteen, but I’m already married!” Megara pointed out.

“Yes, but you can still do things you couldn’t do whenever you have a kid,” Aphrodite said. She sighed. “I really don’t want a baby right now.” “Well, what are you going to do?” “I don’t know, Meg,” Aphrodite confessed, biting her lip.

Chapter Six

“Aphrodite, I’ve been thinking about it all night,” Megara said to her sister, who had stayed the night, the next morning. “And I think you should tell Bill the truth.” “NO!” Aphrodite screamed loudly. “I. Am. Not. Telling. Bill.” “Well, what are you going to say to him when you’re eight months pregnant with a huge belly?” Megara snapped. “You can hide it for a few months, but sooner or later, Aphrodite, Bill’s gonna notice.” “I know.” Aphrodite sighed heavily.

“Look, Bill really, really loves you,” Megara said in a comforting voice. “You can see it in the way he looks at you. I’m sure he won’t hate your guts if you tell him you’re pregnant. Actually, I think he’d probably he happy.” “But what about the tour?” Aphrodite asked, tears forming in her eyes. “This could be a blessing in disguise,” Meg said. “He could cancel the tour, and have a few months of relaxation with you and the baby.” Aphrodite pondered over this for a few moments. “Really?” Megara nodded. “Yes. Tell him, Aphrodite. You have to.” Aphrodite sighed. “Okay. Fine. I’ll tell him. But not today.”

Chapter Seven

Aphrodite glanced at the ticking clock, which read 12:01 AM. Bill would be home from his concert any minute. She sat on the couch, nervously twisting a lock of blonde hair around her finger.

She heard the door unlock, and saw Bill trudge into their apartment. “Hey, babe!” he called, pulling Aphrodite off the couch and squeezing her. “I missed you,” he whispered in her ear. Aphrodite smiled. “You were only gone two and a half hours.” “I know. But I still missed you with all my heart.” “How sweet.” Bill passionately kissed Aphrodite.

“Bill?” “Yeah?” Aphrodite thought of the right words to say. “Bill, are you excited for your new tour?” Bill jumped up and down like a little kid. “I’m pumped! I can barely wait!!!” Aphrodite forced a fake grin. “I’m glad to see you’re so happy,” she said, trying to be enthusiastic. How could she tell him now?

Chapter Eight

“So, how did Bill take the news?” Megara asked her sister the next day over lunch. Aphrodite stared at her plate. “I didn’t tell him,” she said quietly. “Why not?!?” Megara demanded. “I couldn’t. He’s just so excited for the tour. I don’t want to ruin it for him.” “APHRODITE! THERE WILL BE PLENTY MORE TOURS!” Megara yelled. “YOU NEED TO TELL HIM!” Aphrodite looked at her sister with sad eyes. “It will be better to break the news to him sooner than later,” Meg said in a more comforting tone of voice. Aphrodite sighed. “I suppose you’re right, sis,” she said. “But what am I supposed to say to him? ‘Hey, babe, guess what? I’m pregnant!’?” “Um, yeah,” Megara replied. “That’s what I would tell him.” “WELL, YOU’RE NOT ME, ARE YOU?!?” Aphrodite shrieked.

“No, I guess I’m not,” Megara answered. “But, Aphrodite, you have got to break the news to Bill. It’s unfair of you to keep the fact that you’re having his baby away from him.” Meg took Aphrodite’s hands in hers. “Promise me that you will tell him tonight.” “I promise,” Aphrodite said quietly. “Good. Because if you don’t tell Bill, then I will tell him.”

Chapter Nine

Bill, I’m pregnant. Bill, I’m pregnant. BILL KAULITZ, I’M CARRYING YOUR CHILD. Aphrodite practiced the words in her head again. “What did you want to tell me?” Bill asked, sitting next to his girlfriend on the couch.

“Well, um...please don’t be mad. Promise that you will NOT get mad at me,” Aphrodite said. Bill’s eyes filled with concern as he told her that he promised. Aphrodite instantly forgot the speech she had planned. ******, she thought. “Bill, I–um–I am...” She sighed. “I might as well get it out in the open. Bill, I’m pregnant.”

A look of shock crossed Bill’s face, but was soon replaced with joy. “That’s great!!!” he cried, jumping off the couch. “Why would you think I would be mad?” Aphrodite stared at her feet. “Because you were just so excited about the tour, and I didn’t want to ruin it for you.” “There’ll be lots of more tours,” Bill repeated Meg’s words. “We’ll just postpone it until after the baby is born.” A huge weight lifted itself off of Aphrodite’s shoulders. Thank God for Bill Kaulitz, she thought to herself.
