Okay so i met tom kaulitz on may 6t 2008! Yeah best day of my life EVER! It was the signing/concert. So i gave him a hat adn i talked to him. When i talked to him he was so cute and shy! He blushed and smiled and looked away at times how cute?! It was the most adorable thing ever!

what do you think? Do you think hes really a softie?

I agree, I think he's a perv and a freak and he messes around BUT not as much as people thinks he does but its all part of his image.

And I think he was in love at one point too because he said he had a relationship that lasted 2yrs.......thats pretty long when he's only 18. But I think he got burned from it too which is why he just wants to have fun now as well.

I must say; b/c we really don't know how a person can be unless we're around them 24/7? (How cool would that be?! LoL!---Fangirl off sorry!) Take for instance, If someone is lying they will stratch their nose or somewhere on their face because of a chemical that is release and I've seen it several times with Tom in interviews. Also, the eyes will shift to the right when someone is talking honestly and when making up stuff they shift up and to the left. Don't get me wrong, there are some pretty good liars out there but the body will betray them.

Definitely shocking. But still, the way he acts, yeah he'll grab some girl's butt or feel her up, but only when she makes it clear that it's what she wants. In those situations, I feel like it's usually the girl who makes the first move (after all, in a room w/ hundreds of them, they have to do something to stand out) and Tom reciprocates. I wouldn't exactly call him shy, perhaps subdued (when it doesn't come to sex lol) but he doesn't seem very daring either

It's easy to be fooled if you don't look ar the whole picture of a person. I was fooled and it almost got me killed!! (my EX )

I know I'm going to sound like a nerd, but if you study the science behind the behavior, many interesting things can pop out. Take for instance, If someone is lying they will stratch their nose or somewhere on their face because of a chemical that is release and I've seen it several times with Tom in interviews. Also, the eyes will shift to the right when someone is talking honestly and when making up stuff they shift up and to the left. Don't get me wrong, there are some pretty good liars out there but the body will betray them.

actually the shift to left or right of the eyes depends largely on if they are right or left handed..they will look opposite of their dominant hand (unless it is other way around?)..and a lot of people who lie and know that looking away signals it, then they will tend to stare at you in the eyes...and tend to blink very little if at all....

and also it may not apply to everyone....i tend to look both left and right, look away, or look at their mouths and not their eyes when talking to people... even when telling the truth (i strive to not lie no matter what, i firmly believe in it is better to hurt them with a truth than to kill them with a lie)..a lot has to do with me being deaf...i have to lip read so can not look in the eyes while the person is talking..and i watch lips while i am talking to see if they are going to respond...and when i am talking sometimes my eyes will look left and right like i am reading....this is because i am a very very visual person, due to having to rely on my eyes to make up for my ears, so when i say something it is like i am reading what my mind is putting out.....so you can not go by the whole eyes thing meaning they are lying..

Don't feel bad...my eyes are horrible too....i am nearly as blind as a bat if i take off my glasses...i usually don't wear them for pics..i like wearing contact lenses much better, but for the moment i am out of them and do not have money for anymore until after TH tour is over...i am saving up money to see them as much as i can lol.

I think that Tom is shy, but only at times. He seems like the type of person that catch peoples attention very fast. Even though he is pervy at some times, (which btw I'm not complaining about, if you know what I mean :cool:*winkwink*) I think that's just how he is. Some people are just like that. But they can also be shy and more sincere inside too. He loves and cares for his family, his brother and his love for animals, which shows that inside he is a sweet and soft type of person. you are very right...liars tend to avoid the stereotypical "signals" because they know it will give them away. they tend to look you in the eyes and seem much more calm and collected then you would think from a liar. a recent study has shown that the best way to tell if someone is a liar...is strangely enough...to pay attention to how "logical" they are being. someone that is telling the truth will often say things that seem more random and odd, because they are drawing from markers in their memories or thought process. whereas liars will tell you something that actually makes sense...because they arent drawing from any real references...they are making it up. and they are telling you what they think is the most believable story.

an example would be asking two people to recall whether or not they had seen a specific person. the liar would state something sensical such as "i remember the guy was carrying an umbrella, because it was raining really hard" whereas the truthful person wouldnt feel the need to state the obvious that he was carrying the umbrella because it was raining. instead he would provide a much more intimately detailed account such as "i remember he was carrying an umbrella because when he went inside he shook it off and got the man behind him wet".

tom cleverly tends to keep his answers to questions very short, so it is very hard to pick out much, if any, deceit. however...i get the feeling he is the very sarcastic, dry humor type. most of what he is saying may be drawing from real experience, but he does not seem to mean any harm at all. he doesnt intend to be taken seriously.

Definitely believe that all of them are totally different when cameras are off! For proof, on Kerli's formspring someone asked how the twins acted and she said Bill was actually really shy! When someone else said 'No he's not!' she said that you have to remember that when in front of the camera a totally new persona can come out and it's all so people don't really see you for shy for example.

So, yeah, I can believe he's really sweet on the inside! I've always thought he's 'cold' on the outside as I like to call it because he was hurt in the past. It's the only explanation I can think of!

Even Bill said that Tom is much more sensitive when he's at home. So, while Tom tries his very best to hide his emotions. Well, it is Interscope after all... They do have some of the biggest pop starts signed to them, so I can believe, when TH was signed, that they said 'Okay, we need a bad boy... Tom, you look the part!' and after he was kinda forced into it xD. haha and if you watch the REALLY old Devilish interview, Tom didn't really act cocky imo in the little bit they showed of him. But then again I was going off of body language since my speakers are broken and I have to listen to music through headphones <_<. lol

Yeah, in one interview on YouTube he was talking about how much he liked casual sex and why (cue eye-roll please) and Bill rolled his eyes and made a sort of snorting sound and Tom said, "it's just physical, and that's something that you, Bill, don't get." And Tom made the exact same snorting sound when Bill was talking about how much he wanted to find "the true love." So yeah, clearly Tom has issues.

I'm still wondering whether or not Tom's whole "bad boy/hurt boy" image is an exaggerated popularity tactic for the band. It's got the whole Hurt/Comfort Syndrome thing that drives girls insane. And clearly he has major masculinity issues, while Bill seems perfectly comfortable with his feminine side. But yeah, I doubt Tom is still all broken up about something that happened 7+ years ago, especially since he's been dating Ria since 2009.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Tom made a habit out of cheating, nor would I be surprised if he had been cheated on. I'm sure both things happened, and while I never sympathize with the cheater, I always sympathize with the cheated. But this would have happened before age 15, so I doubt the cheating was anything serious. Like sex. I seem to remember an ex-girlfriend of his being interviewed and she said that after five dates, he still didn't kiss her, so she had to initiate the first kiss. And then Bill came with them on almost all of their dates so they never slept together. She said he was surprisingly shy and insecure (rough translation from the German article.) But yeah, Tom does seem like the cheating type. Bet that started because he had been cheated on. He seems like the kind of guy to lose a lot of faith and trust in something if it goes wrong. Which is a very human thing, and I bet I'd be the exact same way (which is why I am so cautious.)

Just out of curiosity, why do you "highly doubt" Tom's playboy image? I mean, I can see that he really plays it up (trying to be all adorably macho and stuff,) but while I think he may exaggerate a little, I'm pretty sure he is a playboy. Or was, at least. As for Bill...when I see pictures of him as a child and a young teenager, I just want to hug him! >.< He is so cuuuuute! lol. So is Tom, of course, but there is something incredibly fairy-like about Bill from ages 15 and under. But what reasons/intuitions do you have that make you think Tom's playboy/lots of one-night stands with groupies is an act? Do you think all of it is an act, most of it, some of it? It'll be a looooong story if I start to open up completely of how I think abouit it, but keeping it short:

It's almost exaggeratingly strongly played. 25 girls during the first week after the release of DDM? Yeah, sure.

If there were "hundreds" of groupies during the years, how is it possible that not one of them have spilled it out? I'm 100% sure it would have happened.

According to Tom's claimed ex-gf, he was shy and not very active on taking things further. I find it hard to believe that he'd change over night.

Apparently Tom did have a long-term relationship at some point few years back AND we all know what his status is now/has been for the last couple of years.

Yet all the time the same talk of being a stud of the band continued.

Overall it is just somehow in Tom that I don't see that image being so much real. Of course this is just my personal opinion, but he seems to be lot softer than his image has let us known. There's no evidence what-so-ever about his countless one-night-stands except his speech, which often comes out as easy cover and way to deal with publicity.

Sure, there could have been a girl here and other one there and he is definitely interested in sex (who 22 year old isn't?), but I think the image is highly exaggerated and I even think it was somewhat intentional. And of course it served him as a good shield, armor, role to slip in.

These were all just my personal thoughts and no way present any kind of universal truth. I just think nothing implies to the direction that Tom was ever as much of a ladiez' man as he let us understand. And it's okay, I think it's part of the deal and comes witrh the territory sometimes.

I've always been one of those who said that not all we see (not about TH too, I mean that about us "common" people too) can correspond to all the truth (for obvious reasons), but still, when it comes to Tom... big question mark poppin' up into my head!
I kinda don't know what to think... really no clue what the complete truth about he is. It's no wonder one of the nicknames I gave him (yeah, I give nicknames to people, but not to everyone, depends on who they are) is "Enigma"... but yes, I've always thought he might be shy at times, and also sweet, but I've based this on my sensations, perceptions, what I "felt" by looking at his behavior and the way he speaks, says things, his gestures, at least as far as we are allowed to see when he's making a public appearance, which is the only time in which we can "see" him... and yes, he looks sweet, for a start, just his features alone do scream sweetness, but who knows how he really is? We'll never know anyway, but I hope he is a good person like I've always hoped. :)

Well, it's better not to mention her name nor talk much about her on here, to protect her privacy and Tom's too.
But just to answer you with my opinion, now: don't know if they're in 100% serious thing or not, but I think they are, I think she loves him and he loves her... and I really wish him the best of luck and happiness. Life seems long but it's actually short so it's amazing if we can love and be loved back by who we love!
And yes, you can understand something by getting to know a bit more concerning the personality of the girl a guy dates/is with, but that's only to a certain extent, in my opinion. And well, for what I've seen so far, we know nothing about his girlfriend's personality, I only saw what she looks like but I honestly and personally think she looks very beautiful, and Tom is too, so I think they match well about that, for a start... but I also always think that there is surely more to that, and it's essential, because if you are in a serious relationship that lasted for long (like in their case, according to what was said everywhere), you need to estabilish a bond that is deeper than a bond based only on physical attraction (which is also necessary in any way, otherwise you can't even accept the other person touching you or getting close to you). :)
You can see everywhere in the Internet that many fans have been wondering about their whole situation and how it was/is/will be, but in the end, wanna know what I think? I think it's none of our business; I also think that whether or not he (but this applies for any other guy in TH, in example) is in a relationship with someone, if he wants to admit that he is in one then good for him, he can feel freer and less stressed... but most of the time though, I think that he shouldn't worry about telling us, 'cause it's really none of our business and they owe us nothing under that aspect: why question him/them about such a thing? Why all the curiosity about any little thing concerning his love life? I'm not talking about you girl in specific, I speak generally, by the way. :) ...And I understand how bad some fans can feel, it's human, but we have to be rational about such a thing and about someone who lives on this Earth like us but still doesn't live in our "world"... why get sad if he/they are in a serious relationship? Nobody please hate me, but in my opinion it's not like a fan will ever end up with him/any of them, so I think that getting worried about Tom (for example) being single or not is... useless.

I always found it interesting how celebrities never end up with one of their fans. You think especially musicians would have lots of opportunities to meet their fans (like backstage or at autograph signings,) but they always veer towards other celebrities or mundane people who are not fans. I guess being with a fan is not a reality that can really happen because that person won't really be able to see you for who you truly are. Like I <3 Tom Kaulitz, but I am very sure that in real life (assuming that what we see in interviews is who he basically is) I would find him to be pretty immature and annoying (harsh, I know, but the "bad boy" image never works in person.)

And if it is true that Tom has been dating she-who-shall-not-be-named-again (lol) since...2009, was it? Then obviously his whole womanizer image must be false unless they have an open relationship. And I highly doubt at age 15 he had the confidence and ability to sleep around a lot. But obviously he has had his fair share of flings in his mid teen years - I don't think any of us doubt that, right?
