I've never done one of these before so sorry if it sucks :P I just started writing it one day out of boredom but naturallt the TH guys ended up in it :) Here goes nothing. Oh and I always write in first person for some reason haha
I looked out the window of my Algebra class and sighed. It was raining. It was only a week from Christmas and nearly freezing but not cold enough to snow apparently. I had no interest in what we were doing so I pulled my hoodie up over my head and laid it down on my desk.
"Eva? Eva come on." someone tapped my shoulder. I loked up and saw a perplexed boy looking at me. Students were filing out of the classroom on the way to lunch.
"Oh, sorry Sam. I must have fallen asleep." I gathered my books in one hand and held Sam's in the other. We had been dating on and off for a year now. He was great, everything a girl could want really. His dark hair swept across his forehead and mathced his brown eyes perfectly. He was a good nine inches taller than me but that's not saying much. For whatever reason, our high points of our relationship were awesome, and our lows were enough to break me down.
We sat down at our regular lunch table with Janie and Logan, out best friends.
"Hey lovebirds!" Janie called to us. I stuck my tongue out at her and she laughed. We'd been best friends since third grade and I didn't think anything could break us apart. Her and Logan had been going out for a couple of months now and I envied what they had. I rested my head on Sam's shoulder casually.
"I'm so out of it...I fell asleep in Algebra." I said yawning. Sam scoffed.
"It's not just you. Midterms are next week, I'm stressing out too." I lifted my head and crossed my arms. Janie just looked from him to me,she knew how this went.
"Sooo. Are we still going to the mall tonight?" Sje said trying to break the scilence.
"Yep." Sam said,"We're meeting at the food court at our normal time right?"
"Yeah I get out of work at 7:00 so that actually works." I said. Sam walked me to my art class like he hadn't even noticed the tension at lunch. I decided to just let it go.
The smell of the paints and clay made me so happy, I smiled subconciously as I sat down. Since my teacher was extremely easy going and encouraged the use of technology, I took out my ipod and began jamming to whatever playlist I had it on. I got out my midterm project, it was a andy warhol inspired painting of a guy playing guitar. I got so into my painting that I jumped when my sidekick started vibrating on the table in front of me.
"You gonna get that?" said a kid across from me. He was clearly annoyed with me for whatever reason. I picked it up and flipped it open. It was a text from Sam.
Hey babe, sorry if i made you mad at lunch today. I love you!
I just sighed and flipped it shut without replying. This was the same game he always played.
If anyone reads this, I have to stop now to go to work, but I'll wirte more later. I promise TH come in soon, I just need to work up to that!
