This is my second attempt lol.I really hope someone likes it :)

"Another shipment came in!" Mia sighed and went to the back of the store to help Jess, her co-worker.
"What is all this crap?" Mia asked. Jess looked at her in disbelief.
"It's Tokio Hotel meerchandise. There like huge in Europe and all those countries across the pond."
"Oh for real? Never heard of them." Mia shrugged and went on opening boxes.
"Mia, you work in freakin' Hot Topic and you're not up on the coolest band ever..." Jess looked at her scornfully.
Mia picked up a shirt out of a box and let it unfold.
"Who is this?" She said impressed."He's a hottie!"
"That's Tom he plays the guitar." Jess picked up a shirt out of her box and pointed to a dark haired guy."And this is Bill. He's amazing. He writes so passionately."
"Calm down, girlfriend. Let's put their CD on." Mia jumped up and returned to the main part of the store.
"Hey Mia, do we have any Tokio Hotel stuff in?" Adam, the tall gangly cashier asked her.
"Yeah actually. What is it with these guys?" Mia shuffled through a stack of CDs and found theirs. She pressed play and loud guitar riff reverberated through out the store. The two girls looking for Tokio Hotel merchandise squealed and started singing the song. Mia returned with some things and the girls bought them all-$150 worth to be exact.
"You know they're coming to town soon actually." Adam said playing with his eyebrow ring.
"Who?" Mia said dreamily staring off into space.
"Tokio Hotel!" Jess had emerged from the back and had heard Adam's statement."Remember that one time when Warped Tour was here and Tiffany got us all tickets and backstage passes and all we had to do was like work a booth for a few hours?" Mia nodded, seeing where this was going.
"Dude! Maybe she could get us into to their show!" Adam said. It sounded good in theory. Jess turned around to check the bulletin board.
"It looks like November 18 they'll be here and November 20 they'll be in New York City. That's only like an hour drive, we could do either!" Jess said jumping up and down."I'm totally calling Tiffany right now." She picked up the phone and dialed their boss's number from memory. When she hung up, Adam and Mia turned around with wide eyes. She looked sad for a second but then pysched them out when a huge smile spread from ear to ear.
"Get ready 'cause we're meeting some hot German boys this weekend!"
Mia, Adam and Jess joined in a group hug and screamed.
"'scuse me?" a small voice cam from the opposite side of the counter.
"Oh honey I'm sorry!" Adam said to the small girl. He rung up her t-shirt and the trio began making plans for the weekend.
"Yeah, basically she said we can't be vendors since it's not a festival but like if we wear a Hot Topic shirt, we can go on her expence. So of course we're in!" Jess explained tapping her fingers to a melancholy ballad. "Ok we need to educate Mia, since she has no clue who these guys are. This song is called 'Rescue Me'."
"Thanks. I got that from the chorus..." Mia said defensively. "Yes and Tom is the guitarist, Bill writes, so I'm guessing he's the one singing..."
"Correct! Wow, you catch on fast!" Adam said patting Mia on the back. Mia punched him in the arm and he rubbed it feigning pain. "Alright who says we close this baby up?It's almost nine." The three of them straightened everything out and closed up the dark store. The mall was deserted with a few strgglers sitting in the food court.
"Hey, you wanna go get sushi with me and Adam?" Jess said once they were in the parking lot. Adam put out his cigarette and put on a hoodie. It was getting very cold out.
"Nah, I uh got to be somewhere. But thanks. I'll catch you guys tomorrow!" Mia got her car keys out of her purse and crossed the parking lot. She got in her Mini Cooper and drove to the cemetary like she did every night.

I'm so glad! I just added a bit more because I felt like it was missing something. But I'll add more now since I have nothing to do tonight (it's a good feeling!)

Most people would never think of entering a cemetary at this time of night but for Mia this was not only the most free time she had in a day, but it was a time where she could be alone in there. She knew the way to her father's grave by heart and was there in minutes even without a flashlight. He had died six years ago when she was thirteen. Jack Monroe had been a firefighter for the NYPD and died in the Twin Towers on September 11. He had managed to save five people before going into the building for the last time. At his funeral, all five people and their families attended along with all of his friends and family. Mia's mom, Laurie had never remarried but had stayed very close to her daughter. Mia sat down on the cold earth next to her dad's headstone and picked at the dead grass. She told him about her day and how she was going to a concert. During her childhood Jack and Mia had always had music in common. He gave her all his old albums, introducing her to Bob Marley, Bob Dylan, The Who, The Clash, The Beatles and Kiss. He had tought her how to play guitar when she was nine and took her to her first concert the year before he died. She'd never forget that night. They went and saw Green Day. She smiled at the thought. Nobody knew about her visits with her dad except for her mom. The person she needed more than anything right now was only five minutes away. Mia got up and worked through the maze to get back to her car. The pale yellow Mini Cooper with a hibiscus decal looked very out of place. She cranked up the heater and backed out of the parking lot.
When she got to her mom's house she saw the living room light and TV were still on so she went right in.
"Oh God! Mia you scared the living daylights out of me!" Her mom grabber the left side of her chest and returned to her phone call.
"Sorry, Mia just walked in out of nowhere. Can I call you back? Ok bye-bye Joan." she hung up the phone and hugged Mia.
"Hey mom." Most people Mia's age were taller than their mother but not her. She was only five feet, maybe five one and a hundred pounds soaking wet.
"Hi honey, are you ok? It's so late." Laurie headed into the kitchen where Mia followed.
"Yeah I'm fine, just tired. I got off work a little while ago." She sat down at the kitchen table and in no time there was a plate of spaghetti in front of her. Mia looked at her mom and pointed to the dish.
"It's tomato sauce don't worry. I respect your vegetarian ways." Mia smiled and dug in.
"Did you visit Dad?" Laurie sat down with a cup of coffe. Mia nodded and slurped the spaghetti. Her mom smiled and patted her hand."So tell me how's work, how's Jess and Adam?"
"Awesome! We're going to a concert this weekend for a band called Tokio Hotel. There from Germany."
"That sounds fun. Don't stay out too late and be responsible." Leave it to a mom to say something like that.
"Of course Mom,always. When am I not?" Mia said sarcastically.
"Oh...I can think of a few times." Both mom and daughter laughed. Mia stayed and watched TV with her mom for a while and left around 11:30. She drove to her apartment and entered the empty hallway. Her frozen hands fumbled with the key and she dropped it.
"**** it!" she said under her breath. A few doors down the hall opened and her nosey neighbor gave her the evil eye.
"Good evening Mrs. Martinelli. New curlers?" Mia unlocked her door and went in with a smile. Her empty apartment smelled like vanilla and honey and was immaculately clean. Just the way she liked it. Mia curled into bed and went to sleep peacefully, stoked for the weekend because Tom Kaulitz was still on her mind.
