Ok i do not understand the fanfic awards can someone please help me like how do you get nominated because i have a fanfic called the not so sweet sixteen so im just wondering and also what do you win or do you win anything

Well, the one here on the forum, someone has to nominate you. If the people that are nominating people didn't nominate you, you don't get nominated.

If you win, you get a graphic saying that you won something.

(and, PS - your signature is WAY too tall, like, 100 px too tall)
