My time is off

It says its an hour behind what my clock on my computer said but earlier it was correct. And I never changed anything. Is there something that is wrong on the forum is this just my account that does that now?

How do I find the timezone I'm in? I'm from Norway, but I can't find it...

Apparently Norway is in Central European Summer Time (CEST) right now, which means you're 2 hours ahead of forum time right now and you'd want to set yourself to GMT +2. Most of the year, you're only +1, though (CET), so you'll have to change it once Summer Time is over to keep it right.
