it's good ^^...i have a question..i have GIMP but idk how to use it to make stuff like that...how do u do it? i can't figure out how to bring something out to the foreground...^^

how do u get gimp and does it cost money?


it doesn't cost...but it doesn't come with a HELP...u have to download it seperately...so u have to go to the link it provides for help..but i downloaded it from here...
