And I honestly have no idea whether or not he was wearing lenses, I'm not able to guess that, but...

Sometimes they look really dark, chocolately brown, other times they look orangey amber, sometimes it's honey, sometimes almost black, and other times they seem really light.

...I think the same, agree with Gaja.
And I do believe he has kind of "magic" eyes. The most beautiful eyes.

It's some radio event thing. It's just red eye from the flash glare.

Does anyone think those little round charms that Bill is wearing are saints' medals?

Everyone's eyes change color, no? Depending on lighting and such. Sometimes even permanently with age. ...or maybe I'm like Bill and just have "magic" eyes? My eyes can go from deep blue to an almost musky vampy-like green. And everything in between.

My kid told me today that my eyes looked purple, my ID used to say that they were green, and from more than three feet away, while I'm wearing makeup, they look black. My eyes aren't purple, green, or black. They're plain old blue. Usually. They also go grey when I'm tired.

So, yeah, eyes are changeable. By lots.
